Terms and Conditions for Learners at Mediversal Academy

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Mediversal Academy online learning platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform. Mediversal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of such revisions.

Eligibility

Access to and enrollment in Mediversal Academy’s programs and online learning platform are open to qualified and aspiring medical professionals who meet the required educational and professional standards. Learners must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement within their jurisdiction. If accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide consent and accept these terms on their behalf. Mediversal programs are designed for MBBS graduates recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent authority, Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) with valid registration or eligibility as per NMC guidelines, and AYUSH doctors (BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BUMS, BNYS) recognized by their respective statutory councils. Interns and practicing doctors seeking to upskill or specialize in specific areas of medicine are also eligible to apply. All enrollments are subject to verification and approval by Mediversal Academy’s admissions team.

User Profile

Certain features may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring all information provided is accurate and current.

You assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Course Enrollment

Enrolling in a course indicates your acceptance of the program-specific terms, eligibility requirements, and learning guidelines.

Enrollment grants access only to course materials; completion does not guarantee specific professional outcomes, employment, or regulatory recognition.

Certification

Certificates issued by Mediversal Academy signify the successful completion of an academic program as per Mediversal’s evaluation criteria.

These certificates are designed for career enhancement and continuing medical education purposes and are not equivalent to MBBS, MD, MS, DM, or any university-recognized medical degree.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including videos, text, graphics, images, case materials, assessments, and software—is protected by intellectual property laws.

Without prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or share any portion of the Platform’s content.

Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and educational purposes.

Activities that disrupt operations, compromise data security, or infringe upon the rights of other users are strictly prohibited.

Plagiarism, unauthorized sharing of materials, or academic misconduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Refunds and Payments

All course fees and payments are governed by Mediversal’s pricing and refund policy.

Fees once paid are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as determined by Mediversal’s management.

Medical Disclaimer

Mediversal Academy provides educational content intended solely for academic and professional development purposes.

The content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations for patient care. Learners must exercise independent clinical judgment and comply with medical regulations and institutional protocols when applying any information obtained through the Platform.

Exclusion of Liability

Mediversal Academy and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or its content.

Use of the Platform is at your sole discretion and risk.

Privacy and Data Protection

By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of Mediversal’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We employ secure systems to protect your personal and financial information.

Alterations and Cancellation

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Acknowledgment

By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
